Current product availability

Genjutsu AI provides video tools powered by MiniMax H3 through APIMart. Generation access depends on your paid allowance or approved administrator preview access. When you submit a generation request, reference images and videos are uploaded to Cloudflare R2 and sent to APIMart for processing. Completed videos are stored in R2 and delivered through our CDN. Media links can be accessed by anyone who holds the link. Do not upload material you are not permitted to share with the service. Administrator preview access is separate from paid generation. Paid checkout is available only when enabled on the pricing page.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Available prices and allowances are displayed on the pricing page. Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake. Prices are in USD; applicable tax is displayed at checkout. Purchases are credited only after verified payment, not after a browser redirect.

One-time packs do not renew and unused allowance does not expire. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and unused allowance expires at the end of the billing month. Annual subscriptions renew yearly, provide the full annual allowance upfront, and expire at the annual period end. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can stop the next renewal in Billing; paid benefits remain through the current paid period.

One standard allowance produces one 768P video lasting 4–15 seconds. A 2K video uses two allowances and requires an eligible plan. Generation failures return the reserved allowance to its original balance and expiry date. An uncertain submission is held for reconciliation and is not automatically submitted again. Subscription allowance cannot be extended beyond its original expiry by a failed generation.

For payment issues or refund requests, email support@genjutsuaimaker.com with your order reference. Refund requests are reviewed before processing; there is no automatic refund merely for closing the browser or canceling renewal. Refunded allowance is revoked. This does not limit applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. Account-related requests can be submitted through the account support form.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.

AI content and material permissions

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms and lists six prohibited content categories, permission requirements, reporting and enforcement. You must own uploaded materials or hold necessary rights, and obtain the consent of all identifiable people for uploading and AI transformation. Unauthorized photographs and videos of others are prohibited. You must actively confirm the declaration before uploading and generating. Generated content must be disclosed as AI-generated and must not impersonate a real recording.
