Acceptable Use Policy
Content standards, material permissions, reporting and enforcement for AI video creation.
Last updated: 2026-10-09
Scope
This policy applies to prompts, uploaded photographs, reference videos, audio, generated content and use of Genjutsu AI. It supplements our Terms of Service. Outputs are AI-generated and must not be presented as authentic recordings of another person.
Prohibited content
The following six categories are prohibited:
- Pornography / NSFW: sexual acts, explicit nudity, sexual exploitation and sexualized identity replacement.
- Violence / gore: graphic injury, torture, glorification of violence and content promoting violent harm.
- Hate speech: attacks, dehumanization or incitement targeting protected characteristics.
- Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, grooming and exploitation or endangerment of children. This includes synthetic depictions.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: unauthorized or deceptive use of a person's likeness or voice; fabricated endorsements, identity fraud, non-consensual intimate imagery, and misleading depictions of real events. Consent-based creative transformations must also satisfy this policy and must be disclosed as AI-generated.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized use of videos, music, images, protected characters, logos or brands, including misleading affiliation or endorsement.
Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, terrorism, evading safety controls or other unlawful activities.
Permission for real-person materials
Only upload materials you own or have permission to use. Every identifiable person depicted in an uploaded photograph or video must have consented to its upload and the intended AI transformation. Copyright ownership alone does not establish a person's consent. Obtain guardian permission where required for minors; child-unsafe uses remain prohibited under all circumstances.
The same requirements apply to character photos, Hotel Lobby pair photos and reference videos. Obtain any necessary permission for source video, music and voice use. Before upload and generation, you must actively confirm the permission declaration. We record its version with the submitted generation task and may request evidence of authorization. A checkbox does not replace genuine permission.
Safety controls and their limits
Generation requests are subject to server-side permission checks. The complete model prompt is checked using Waffo's content-safety service; blocked results are rejected, and unavailable or inconclusive checks do not authorize generation. Our video generation provider is MiniMax H3 through APIMart.
Prompt screening cannot establish image or video rights, verify consent, or detect every prohibited visual or audio output. We do not claim comprehensive automated review of uploaded media or generated videos. Reports are reviewed by the site operator, who may request context and authorization evidence and restrict access to confirmed violations. Do not interpret a completed generation as approval of the content or permission to publish it.
Report content or a rights violation
Email support@genjutsuaimaker.com, available without signing in. Include the video ID or URL, the reason for reporting and relevant evidence. For a rights complaint, explain your connection to the affected person or work. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information or illegal material. The My Videos page also provides a report link that includes the task ID.
We assess the report, request additional details where necessary, and decide on action. Serious child-safety, exploitation and impersonation reports receive priority. You may contact the same address for a status update; we do not promise round-the-clock monitoring or a fixed response time.
Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity and evidence, we may reject a request, warn the user, restrict generation, remove access to offending content or suspend or terminate an account. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent suspension and, where required, reporting to relevant authorities. Treatment of paid allowance and refunds follows applicable law and the Terms of Service; we do not automatically confiscate purchased balances solely because a report is submitted.
To appeal, email the support address with the task or account reference, reasons for appeal and supporting evidence. We review the available evidence and communicate the outcome. Enforcement decisions may be reconsidered when new information becomes available.
