How to Make a Closed on Sunday AI Choir Video from One Photo

Use one adult portrait for the 14-second Closed on Sunday choir scene. Learn photo framing, paid video uses, the still central lead and result checks.

Oct 23, 2026

The Closed on Sunday tool makes a 14-second landscape choir-scene video from one adult portrait. Your photo supplies the central lead; the surrounding choir comes from the built-in template. 480P consumes 1 video use; 720P consumes 2. Personalized generation is paid and requires sign-in with sufficient video uses. See Pricing for current packages.

The intended effect is a composed central person surrounded by singers who move and raise their arms. It is a choir scene, not a dance routine. You do not need to record yourself singing, assemble a choir or upload a performance video.

Understand the scene before choosing a photo

Watch the complete example on the tool page, paying attention to the contrast between the lead and the surrounding performers. The example is an attributed third-party reference associated with the “Closed on Sunday” format. It is not a verified output generated by this website or a promise that your result will match it.

The model is directed to replace only the central lead’s appearance and keep that person nearly still. Natural breathing and small facial or head movements can occur. The other singers, their positions and their performance are intended to remain part of the scene, but fine details may change.

Prepare the central subject’s portrait

Choose one clear photo of a consenting adult you are authorized to depict. Keep the head, shoulders and desired clothing visible. A face-only crop gives the model little information about the outfit; a very distant face supplies less useful detail.

Avoid group photos, obscured faces and strong filters. A group upload is not a way to assign people to individual choir positions: this template has one user-supplied lead. Use JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB. Read the character photo guide if you are deciding between different crops.

Generate and inspect the result

  1. Open the Closed on Sunday workspace.
  2. Upload the central adult’s portrait. The choir and scene direction are already supplied.
  3. Choose the default 480P quality for 1 video use, or 720P for 2 uses. Check the displayed count before submission.
  4. Confirm permission, sign in with enough paid balance and select Generate video.
  5. Follow the task status, then watch the whole result and download the MP4. Completed jobs also appear in My videos through the account menu.

Look for changes to the lead’s face and outfit throughout the clip. Check that the uploaded identity remains confined to the central subject and has not spread to nearby singers. Review hands, overlapping people and the surrounding choir as well. Higher resolution does not guarantee accurate identities, unchanged background faces or exact lip synchronization.

Why does the main person barely move?

The still lead is the intended visual contrast. The template is directed to keep that person composed while the choir performs around them. If you want a character dancing through a routine, choose a dance template instead. This tool does not offer a library of choir styles or an arbitrary choreography selector.

Does my photo change the singing voice?

No. The application restores the template soundtrack after creating the visuals; it does not clone your voice. Mouth movements may not match every lyric. Listen to the downloaded file before sharing, particularly if the website player was muted. The included soundtrack does not itself grant permission for commercial music use. Genjutsu AI is independent of the artist and song.

Can I use a phone or try it for free?

You can use the tool in a mobile browser without installing an editing app. Public examples are free to watch before signing in. Generating a clip from your own portrait requires paid video uses; the public reference is not a personalized free preview. Check the saved MP4 on your device before publishing.
