How to Make a Hotel Lobby AI Video from Two Separate Photos

Use two portraits or one duo photo with the built-in 15-second Hotel Lobby template. Learn left/right roles, 480P vs 720P video uses and how to download your result.

You do not need a photo of you together to make a Hotel Lobby AI video. The Hotel Lobby generator accepts two separate portraits, or one photo containing both adults. The orange studio and hanging-microphone performance are already set up: you do not need to write a prompt or upload a performance video.

Public examples are free to watch; generating a personal video requires sign-in and sufficient paid video uses. There is no free personalized generation preview promised here.

1. Prepare the two people

Choose one clear picture of each adult, with visible faces, hair and clothing. Their photos can have different backgrounds. Do not combine them into a collage just to use the two-photo input.

If you already have a good duo photo, use that option instead. Both people should be distinct rather than overlapping or covering each other’s face. Use only your own or authorized material and confirm permission before submitting. Supported photos are JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 10 MB each.

Missing body or outfit details are not recoverable facts: a face-only crop gives the model less information about clothing. See the character photo guide for framing advice.

2. Check the left and right performers

Open the Hotel Lobby workspace. Choose Two photos or One duo photo, then upload your images.

For separate photos, use the left and right upload boxes to assign performers. For a duo image, check the people’s positions in the picture. Left and right refer to the camera view. Use the swap control if you want to reverse the assignments before generating.

The template supplies an approximately 15-second, 16:9 orange-studio duet. Uploading photos does not let you select arbitrary choreography, a different recording or another scene.

3. Choose quality and review the video uses

  • Default 480P consumes 1 video use.
  • 720P consumes 2 video uses.

These are allowance counts, not dollar prices. Check current packages, your account balance and the generation button before submission. Higher resolution does not guarantee more accurate faces, lip sync or gestures.

You can view examples and prepare photos without signing in, but submitting a personal generation requires an account and sufficient paid balance. A public example is not a preview generated with your own photos.

4. Generate, review and download

Confirm the photo assignments, permission and quality, then select Generate video. Follow the task status; processing time can vary.

When complete, watch the whole clip. Check that both identities remain distinct, that their positions are correct and that faces, hands and movement look acceptable throughout. The model follows the template direction, but individual features, framing and gesture timing can change.

Download the completed result from the result panel. You can also find jobs in My videos through the account menu. Open the saved MP4 to check the actual output rather than relying only on the first frame or a muted website player.

What about the music?

Check the actual downloaded file for its music, voices and synchronization. An inspiration example is not proof of the soundtrack in your personal result, and including audio in an MP4 does not itself grant commercial music rights.

Completed videos include the built-in template soundtrack. The tool does not clone your voice, and generated mouth movements, gestures and cuts may not follow every word or beat. If a download has an audio problem, contact support with the task details.

Can I use my phone without an app?

The tool is available in your mobile browser: select photos from your device, check roles and quality, sign in and generate. No separate editing app is required to use the workflow. The operating system and browser determine the downloaded file’s location; open it before sharing.
